1 Thessalonians 5:1-11 - The Day of the Lord.

And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. 5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. 8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. 11 Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.”
Israel was in the process of making historic peace agreements with neighboring nations when the war with Hamas broke out. Historic Peace Deal "The Israeli Prime Minister went on to note that there is a “fly in the ointment … the fanatics ruling Iran will do everything they can to thwart this historic peace.” Many believe this could be the fulfillment of ("For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them) and that this could be the beginning of the Psalm 83 war. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-8 - The Restrainer removed and the revealing of the AntiChrist.
“Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering(rapture/caught up) together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin(Antichrist) is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he (Antichrist) may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He(Holy Spirit filled believers) who now restrains will do so until He is taken(raptured/caught up) out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.”
The Antichrist will be revealed at some point to 'try' and solve and make peace out of the wars, economic, environmental, and social decline that are beginning to happen. It may appear like he is the savior of the world at first, but deception and persecution against mankind will be his underlying intent. What Will the Antichrist Do?. "He" that is taken out of the way before the lawless one will be revealed appears to be soon ahead.
